Certainly, the pallet offers a wealth of relatively cheap if not free lumber.. The pallet boards are wonderful to build interesting things around the house. You are only limited by your imagination
One of the main problems which we are confronted with when recycling pallets is getting the pallet apart without splitting the pallet boards and ruining the timber which is the main product of the exercise.
Well, fret no more. With a little patience and a couple of tools which most of us have in our shops, the dismantling of the pallets suddenly becomes simple and less arduous.
Using method Number 1, you get the full length of the pallet board, with method number 2, you sacrifice a little of the board.
