So, with that in mind and a few used pallets you can easily make your own wine bottle shelf using the wood from old pallets.
As you know, pallets are usually free for the asking.. They generally are stacked up behind or along side businesses that receive merchandise on these pallets..
Drive around and when you see a bunch of pallets stacked up, ask if you can have them or if you can buy one or two or more..
Most likely, the business owner or manager will be happy to get rid of them.
